Return Policy
If you are ever having any issues with a product such as it not working properly or breaking after you receive it. I will require photos of broken item to be sent to my email. From there I will look into issuing a possible full refund or exchange for the product. This has to be reported to me within 14 days of your product showing delivered to your address. Shipping policy
All in stock items will ship out within next 2 business days. Delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days. This does NOT INCLUDE any preordered items. Preordered items take 2 to 3 weeks to be customized and will ship out once I receive them. If you ever have any issues with not receiving your order once it has shipped, please contact USPS first with your tracking number
